This case was submitted by Jason Wayber from Brooklyn. Wayber's Thought was that, "'This Toolbar can Make your Browsing and Srch sy' By giving This information they are forcing users to download that Toolbar. But by its Hidden Fture "Transmit Personal Data", Publishes Users Information automatically".
He also Added that, "He only Came to court for Fixing that Information Security for Users"
