Even as Shah Rukh Khan starrer Ra.One grs up for its big Diwali relse, the finds itself amidst a controversy. Yash Patnaik, a shows' producer-writer, has accused the makers of copying his concept and has dragged them to court.

However, in the case hring that took place a short while ago, the High Court has observed that prima facie there has been a copyright violation, Bombay High Court today has directed actor-producer Shah Rukh Khan to deposit Rs. 1 crore with the court before relsing his ambitious Diwali offering Ra.One.
"The defendants (Shah Rukh, his production house Red Chillies Entertainment and Eros Entertainment) are directed to deposit a sum of Rs. 1 crore as pay-order to the court and then relse the ," said the division bench of Chief Justice Mohit Shah and Justice Roshan Dalvi.
